Product Order Policy

There may be times when there is a deviation in the design of the product, strictly in terms of the garnish or presentation only, with the original flavour remaining the same. 

All products are clearly distinguishable as vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Please ensure to check this carefully while confirming your order. We are not responsible for any mistakes made once the order is confirmed. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any requests for cancellations must be communicated to us 48 hours in advance to our registered email address orders@brubeckbakery.com along with the order details. No requests will be entertained after this time period. The total amount will be credited to the wallet after a deduction of 5%. Final decision will rest with the management of Brubeck Bakery. 

Complaints & Feedback

All feedback/complaints must be sent to orders@brubeckbakery.com along with the order id. Kindly give us 48 hours to respond. In case you are not satisfied with the solution provided you can escalate this matter by emailing ryan@brubeckbakery.com.
